How to Order Printed Giftware


A simple two step process where you send us your artwork and once approved we send you a pro-forma invoice.

Easy Two Step Ordering Process

Step 1
Email your chosen artwork to sales@artistgiftprinting.co.uk or use WeTransfer.com

Step 2
We will then provide you with a pro-forma invoice for payment either by credit/debit card (online payments only) or via bank transfer. We are not able to accept payment over the telephone.

Once paid then we will add your request into our print queue and you should have your items dispatched within 5-10 working days (if not sooner).

Please note that VAT at 20% is applicable and all prices shown are ex-VAT.

Artwork File Specifications

Your artwork, illustrations or photography needs to be provided to us digitally either as high quality jpg or tiff.

We require your work at 300dpi and the larger the dimensions of the artwork the better as we can then scale down to the sizes needed on the items to be printed.

If you are using our print and mount service then the artwork would be printed in standard CYMK but all giftware is printed in RGB. Unless you are able to provide us with an RGB version then we shall take it upon ourselves to convert to RGB in Photoshop.

Min. Order

As from January 2020 then we are having to introduce a minimum of £35 ex vat order total.

Templates

If you would like to lay out your own artwork then we can provide you with the Photoshop (.psd) templates. You would then place your artwork on a new layer and crop accordingly.

Once you have placed your order you can email us with the templates you require.

UK Mainland Delivery

FREE delivery is provided for all orders £100 ex VAT or over (UK Mainland) as well as on the artist sample pack.

Orders below £100 ex VAT incur a postage and packing charge of £8+VAT.

Highlands, Islands and Northern Island Delivery

Free Delivery is provided for the artist sample pack as this will be sent 1st Class Royal Mail.

Orders £100 ex vat and above will be charged at £12.50+vat.

Orders below £100 ex VAT incur a postage and packing charge of £16.50+VAT.

Deliveries are sent via Parcel Force 24.

Returns

We provide a re-printing service or refund for items that are deemed faulty on arrival but as this is a printing service based on your artwork then we cannot accept returns for non-faulty items.

Any faulty or broken items must be communicated to Artist Gift Printing within 24 hours of tracked arrival of the parcel.
